Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the continental United States only.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer a standard shipping and an expedited shipping option at checkout.

Bryna Boutique is not responsible for:

  • Delays with shipping due to post office error.
  • Products that are lost or damaged in the mail. The US Postal Service or UPS will be responsible once we ship the packages.
  • Packages delivered to the wrong address due to an incorrect address entered by the customer at checkout.

Return Policy

With the exception of sale items, we offer refunds and or exchanges within the first 30 days of your purchase. No refunds or exchanges will be allowed after 30 days. Items must have the tags on the item and in the same condition that it was received to be accepted. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

All sales are final on sale items. We do not offer returns or exchanges on sale items.

You are responsible for your own shipping fees back to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Drop by your local Post Office, UPS or Fedex location to ship your package. We recommend a tracking number for your package, as we are not responsible for items that are lost while in- transit to us.
